Birthdays inevitably bring about self-reflection. When one is younger, thoughts surface like How can I achieve X?, or when older, Did I make a difference? We’re in that zone now because Deborah and David have June birthdays ten days apart. Eloqui has been a gratifying part of our lives, primarily because of the wonderful clients we’ve coached, trained and have become friends. Especially satisfying are the comments that many of them have sent our way which incentivize us to keep delivering our best.
This summer, we invite you to take some time for self-reflection, even if it’s not your birthday. Are you following your dreams? Are you doing something that benefits yourself and others? Are you waiting for opportunity to drop into your lap? Our lives flash by and each minute is precious. Finding your unique voice and using it for the betterment of others is a noble aspiration, and one that will bring you deep satisfaction.
We were intentional when we named our company Eloqui, or speak out. Time and time again, words have changed the course of history. May your words fulfill the dreams of our Founding Fathers to enjoy life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
