GOATS at Attention

08 Mar GOATS at Attention

Near the end of the 2026 Olympics in Cortina, gymnast Simone Biles and downhill skier Mikaela Shiffrin recorded a TV interview on mental health, which focused on overcoming enormous  expectations and pressures. After a total bust in the 2022 Beijing Olympics, Shiffrin had not medaled in her first two 2026 events, leaving the upcoming women’s slalom as her last chance. It was a stressful place to be.

Their confidence and composure shone through before a word was spoken. It was a perfect example of “Impression Management” and “Executive or Command Presence.” When you create and exhibit this presence, we listen.
